Winter & Christmas Market Programmes 2026–2027

The winter programme offers a compact but varied selection of guaranteed escorted city breaks and festive New Year tours across the Baltic capitals and Poland. The core Christmas-market products are based in Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius, while the New Year collection extends to multi-city Baltic and Polish itineraries. Most programmes are designed as small-group tours with a maximum of 16 guests, making them suitable for travellers looking for a more personal and relaxed winter experience.

Riga Christmas Market

The Riga Christmas Market is a 4-day/3-night programme with departures on 3-6, 10-13 and 17-20 December 2026. The package price starts from EUR 345 per person in double occupancy, with a EUR 145 single supplement. Accommodation is provided at the centrally located Radisson Blu Latvija, including breakfast, a welcome meeting, a guided Old Town walking tour and entrance to the Riga History and Navigation Museum. A ticket to the Latvian National Opera or the European Christmas Festival is also included.

The city tour finishes at Riga’s traditional Christmas Market in the Old Town Hall Square, where guests can enjoy festive stalls and shop for local gifts. Optional experiences include the Art Nouveau district and museum, Riga Motor Museum, a guided shopping tour focused on local brands and designers, and a farewell dinner at Restaurant Province.

Tallinn Christmas Market

The Tallinn Christmas Market programme also lasts 4 days/3 nights, with departures on 3-6 and 10-13 December 2026. The price is EUR 395 per person sharing a double room, plus a EUR 195 single supplement. Guests stay at Hotel L’Ermitage and receive breakfasts, a welcome meeting, a guided Old Town tour, entrance to the medieval Great Guild Hall and a ticket to the Estonian Theatre or European Christmas Festival.

Tallinn’s medieval centre provides one of the most atmospheric settings of the programme. The sightseeing tour ends at the Town Hall Square Christmas Market, with optional opportunities to explore Estonian design shops, galleries and boutiques. A visit to Kadriorg Park and KUMU Art Museum and a medieval farewell dinner at Restaurant Maikrahv can also be added.

Vilnius Christmas Markets

The Vilnius Christmas Markets package is another 4-day/3-night festive city break. Departures are offered on 3-6 December and 10-13 December 2026. The package price is EUR 345 per person in double occupancy, with a EUR 145 single supplement. Accommodation is at Artis Centrum Hotel in the city centre.

The programme includes a 3-hour guided walking tour of Vilnius Old Town, entrance to the historic Old University ensemble and a ticket to the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre. The Old Town tour ends at the Christmas market, while optional cultural visits include MO Museum and the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania.

New Year extensions

For guests looking for a longer festive experience, several New Year programmes are available. New Year in Riga, 30 December 2026 – 2 January 2027, costs EUR 595, including a New Year Gala with live music and dinner. New Year in Tallinn runs on the same dates from EUR 495, also including a Gala dinner.

The most comprehensive Baltic option is Baltic Highlights New Year, an 8-day/7-night journey from 28 December 2026 to 4 January 2027, priced at EUR 995 per person.
