Are all tours guaranteed to depart, and what is the cancellation policy?

All tours with a tour code and specified date are guaranteed departures, regardless of the number of registered guests. We have an individual policy for tailor-made or special request group tours. Regarding cancellations, the following fees apply:

• For cancellations more than 36 days prior to arrival – full refund (bank fees might be applied). 
• For cancellations 35-15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
• For cancellations 14-8 days prior to arrival – 75% of the total cost of the reservation.
• For cancellations 7-1 days prior to arrival and ‘no-show’ – 100% of the basic tour price.

Do you provide visa support service?

Visas are required for only a few nationalities when touring EU destinations. If a visa support document is necessary, we offer it free of charge. We cannot accept responsibility for guests who arrive without a valid passport and visa.

Babies aged 0-2 years can join tours for free. Hotels offer complimentary baby cots in parents’ rooms. Children aged 2-12 years receive a 50% discount on the basic package and optional activities, with an extra bed provided in their parents’ room. Travelers aged 12 and older pay the full price.
