Are all tours guaranteed to depart, and what is the cancellation policy?

All tours with a tour code and specified date are guaranteed departures, regardless of the number of registered guests. We have an individual policy for tailor-made or special request group tours. Regarding cancellations, the following fees apply:

  • For cancellations more than 36 days prior to arrival – full refund (bank fees might be applied). 
  • For cancellations 35-15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
  • For cancellations 14-8 days prior to arrival – 75% of the total cost of the reservation.
  • For cancellations 7-1 days prior to arrival and ‘no-show’ – 100% of the basic tour price.
