   Overall tour was good and what we were expecting. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the optional dinners. For the excursions we took the trip out to the national park which was very interesting but I was expecting a bit of hiking and there was none. We didn’t do the trip out to the ethnographic open air museum but others on our tour raves about it. The welcome meeting was a bit chaotic as there was a number of tours starting that night in the hotel in different languages and we had trouble finding our tour group. Also would have been nice to do a meet and greet so we could get to know the other people on our tour.

   I just wanted to give some positive feedback from my tour. First Lamija Mehtijeva was great! She made sure everyone stayed well informed of activities and key times. Very informative of history and culture. Communication skills were spot on in a variety of languages. When one elderly gentlemen fell she ensured medical attention was provided for his scraped knee.

   I will share and recommend your group to all my friends and colleagues.

   An enjoyable and informative vacation of 3 baltic countries – Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia over Easter in April. From booking to the end of the tour, it was seamless – minus 1 minor booking hiccup (which was promptly resolved by Iveta). Iveta even offered to call me to go through some questions I had about the tour. The tour director, Elena was very knowledgeable – a local from Riga and it was truly wonderful to make her acquaintance. 4-star hotels were as per itinerary and tour personnel were professional and friendly. I honestly could not fault this tour and will definitely use them next time.

   This is a quick note to personally thank you and your staff for arranging a wonderful holiday for us.

   We have been on several guided tours before. This one stood out the most as with only a limited number of guests in the group, the tour was very personal and intimate. Great cultural insights of the Baltics. Easy, relaxed and enjoyable. No rush.

   Tour Leader Valdis Ceics was very knowledgeable, caring and a perfect entertainer. Our driver Robert was an excellent driver, very safe, skilled and efficient.

   ‘Inclusions’ and ‘optionals’ were well balanced. Most importantly unlike our experience before on several other tours, there was no pressure to buy the ‘optionals’. Always honest advice was provided. Local tours were in English and of great value. Overall a great enjoyable holiday.

   Booking experience with Iveta Gruodytė and Rasa was perfect – great customer service and professionalism. Will do it again! 10/10.

    We took Baltic Highlights in August 2022. Tour leader Janis was amazing. Hotels were nice and good located. Organs concert in Riga was superb. We missed connecting flight and driver was not waiting for us but we called Rasa and she solved transfer problem in a minute.
