Baltic Tours provides travel visa support documents free of charge once you book a tour with us. To prepare the travel visa support documents, we require a copy of your passport’s photo page. Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the tour end date. After your booking is confirmed, a Baltic Tours assistant will request you to email a copy of your passport to [email protected] with the subject – your name and last name. Please note that visa support documents are not the visa itself. Travel visas are issued at your local Embassy/Consulate, and fees apply according to the local price list.

Additionally, before you travel, ensure you have at least one blank page for the country entry stamp; however, some countries may require two blank pages.
