Toompea Castle

In the years 1767-1773, its striking facade was added in the late Baroque style.  

Today, Toompea Castle houses the Riigikogu, the Estonian parliament, where the national flag in the colors of blue, black, and white proudly waves atop the 45-meter Tall Hermann Tower, symbolizing Estonian Independence.
