Cancellation by the Traveler

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we're genuinely sorry to hear that you're considering canceling your reservation. While we would have loved to have you join us, we recognize that circumstances can lead to adjustments in your travel arrangements. As a result, we want to inform you about our cancellation policy, which ensures transparency and fairness for both parties. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following cancellation conditions:

• More than 36 days before departure: full refund (bank fees might be applied).
• 35 - 15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
• 14 - 8 days before departure: 75% of the total cost of the reservation.
• Less than 7 days before departure or a 'no-show': 100% of the total tour cost (no refund).
