All aspects of the tour were professionally managed. The organizational skills of the company to coordinate language needs, to assist in the processes of booking and responding to questions, and to provide high quality senior tour guides and local expert guides is exemplary. Bravo!

I very much enjoyed learning about the capitals we visited and appreciate how knowledgeable the guides were and how friendly and genuine they were. I would highly recommend Baltic Tours for the quality of the programs and staff.

Accomodations ranged from excellent to good.The bus service was excellent. The drivers professional and courteous.

Fantastic tour through Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Helsinki and St. Petersburg. Brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable guides, comfortable buses, nice hotels, especially in Vilnius, and well-organised excursions. Really recommended.

The tour was average. The hotels were better than expected – almost all 4-stars (even by American standards), with excellent buffet breakfasts. The bus was comfortable, and even had a small bathroom. The guides were knowledgeable, but, I felt, lacked passion. All narration while on the bus were in both German and English, while for walking city tours, the groups were divided and had language-specific guides. What contributed significantly to me marking this tour down were age of passengers on the tour and the itinerary. Before booking I inquired from the tour company how old were the passengers, and was told the range is “30 to 75 years, usually the average is about 54 years”. I expected to see that range of people. Instead, our group was almost all couples in the their late fifties and sixties (one gentleman was over 80), with only a few people below 50. The activities reflected the group’s age. Half of the group was almost exclusively German-speaking, and they kept to themselves. The other minor issue is with the itinerary. We stopped for a night in Cēsis, a quaint little town, but which did not have any touristic value, and we really could not even see the twon, because we arrived at 5-6pm and left in the morning. We spent a little bit more time in Vilnius, Lithuania’s capital, where we arrived in the evening, had a walking city tour in the morning, and then left right after lunch. It would have been nice to stay there longer. Also be mindful that the tour includes basic sightseeing only, and there are quite a few optional tours. You can purchase these while on tour, not necessarily when booking the trip. 4 stars from 5.

The food is fantastic…… over all I give Baltic Tours 5 stars and will use them again and again.

From Portugal, I contacted Baltic Tours, asking about a tour of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. I got a reply from Iveta, who was very helpful. Everything worked fine and we joined this tour in Vilnius. The tour was very well organized, we really enjoyed! Our guide was a lady, Alla, who not only was fluent in Spanish an Portuguese, she was very nice and demonstrated a deep knowledge about art and culture in general. The guides in Vilnius and Talin were also very good, they really knew what they were talking about. From our experience, I truly recommend this tour!

We are so happy and satisfied with our tour. Vilnius was just so pretty and Riga is just fantastic. Janis is an excellent guide, Lamya is so sweet but needs to brush up some more on her basic information, she also has a hard time explaining in English, but she’s very nice and pleasant and really makes the effort even if sometimes she’s a little disorganized. But all is forgivable because of her sweetness.
Thank you again for an excellent experience. We are definitely going to recommend you and Baltic Tours to all our friends and family.

Back from the « Baltic impressions » tour, I would like to thank you once again for all your precious and useful support and help before the departure on this journey.
Everything (excepting the weather conditions) was amazing and we enjoyed a lot the visits to such interesting places in your beautiful Lithuania, but also in Latvia and Estonia.

We were very satisfied by all the services provided by Baltic Tours/Baltic Vision, starting with the information before the departure, the payment methods and continuing with the tour organization, the program containing visits to both cultural and natural sites, the accommodation at the luxurious centrally located Radisson Blu hotels in the Baltic capitals and Klaipėda or at the cosy Kolonna Hotel in Cēsis and ending with the transportation.
We have also highly appreciated the professionalism and the strong involvement of the tour leader and guide, Mr. Janis Liekmanis, who was impeccable regarding the organization skills, the competent, useful, interesting and updated information provided and the perfect knowledge of both German and English languages.

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip around the Baltics, Helsinki and Russia. I was impressed with the overall organization of the whole tour, especially as people were leaving and joining along the way.
In fact only myself and an Australian couple did the entire tour.
I want to say a special mention for our guide in the Baltics Alina. She was both organized, good linguistically and extremely informative. She must have been a little tired, but didn’t show it as it was her last tour of the season.
This Baltic tour though was my first ever as a passenger, it was funny being told what time to put your bags out and what time to leave etc.
I also said a few words of praise on behalf of the the driver and Alina on the mic. I think she was quiet surprised when I finally told everyone what I used to do once upon a time.
I didn’t say anything beforehand as I thought it might have made her anxious knowing another tour guide was on board.
So thanks again for a wonderful tour.
